Applying templates to lyric and Scripture cues

To add a template to a song in Presenter, start by opening up the song editor.

There are two ways to open the song editor:
1. Click Songs from the command toolbar at the top, find and right-click on the song, and then select Edit.
2. From the left cue list pane, click on the song, then click Edit Cue in the top right corner. Under the Foreground section, click Edit [song title].

With the song editor open, you'll see a box for Template below the song title. Choose the template you'd like to apply, and then Save your changes.

To edit the selected template, click on the pencil icon next to the template name. Make sure to Save the template when you're done and it will bring you back to the song editor. If you'd rather not use a template and would like to manually edit the slide design, select --None-- as your template.

Default Templates

In the Presenter settings, you can change the default template so that all songs added to your library moving forward will adopt your desired template. To do this, click the ⚙ gear icon in the top right corner and go to Settings. Under the Song, Scripture, & Slide Defaults section, change the Default Song Lyrics Template to the template of your choice. Make sure to scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.

Applying Templates to Scripture

Start by clicking on Scripture from the top toolbar on your Presenter program.

On the following pop-up pane, you'll see various settings and options on the left side, including a small box where you can select the template. Fill out all these fields as desired, and click Create Cue at the bottom. The Scripture will then be added as a cue to your current cue list with the template you selected.

To change the default Presenter template for all Scripture slides moving forward, navigate to the Presenter Settings, and adjust the Default Bible Template option. Don't forget to scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.
