Songs

Adding Attachments

Music Stand by Worship Extreme allows users to upload lead sheets, vocal sheets, or any other PDF attachments to a song, providing convenient access to these sheets in one place.

To start, open the song from your Cue List in Music Stand. With the song open, click on the song title at the top of the page - this will open a dropdown menu of options. From that menu, select "Edit Song" and it will open a pop-up window where you can upload your attachments. Please note that Music Stand only supports PDFs at this time and won't work with any other file types.

Once your attachment is uploaded, click the "Save" button in the top right corner of the Edit Song window.

Then, to view the attached song sheet, click on the song title from the top again, and select "Custom Attachment." There, you'll be able to select the attachment you want to load and use. Keep in mind that Music Stand is not able to transpose keys on custom attachments, so you'll want to make sure that the PDF is already in your desired key before you upload it to Music Stand. (Music Stand will support multiple attachments on one song, so you can upload multiple sheets in various keys.)

Alternatively, you can also upload attachments via the Worship Extreme website. Those attachments will, then, be available on any of the other devices connecting to your ministry's Music Stand.

To upload through the website, head to your Account page, select "Song Library" from the left menu, find the correct song from your library, and click the pencil icon to the far right of the song title. At the bottom of the following page, there will be a section where you can upload attachments.

If you are creating a new song file, rather than updating an existing one, click the green "+ New Song" button at the top right of the Song Library page. You'll need to fill out the existing fields (a title, at the very least) and hit "Save" before the option to upload attachments populates.
