Troubleshooting: Remote is not detecting the Presenter session

If Presenter is running, but the Remote mobile app is not detecting the session, it is most likely because the two devices are not signed in to the same account. This can happen when Presenter is signed in with one user's log-in and Remote is signed in with another user's log-in, but the two users are not on the same Worship Extreme team. This usually means that the ministry has a duplicate account. If this happens, please contact our Support team to get things sorted out.
