Disconnected Program

I showed up at church yesterday and no longer was the account up and running and could not download it or connect it to my home based account

Hi Tom- What error do you see when you try to install the program?

I download it, the account pops up BUT there is no welcome to get into what is already on my computer at home????

It has an image of me in the corner with my account and then when I press on it nothing happens.
