Free Version Won't Play My Powerpoint

March 18, 2018
Why won't the free version play my powerpoint??
I have turned off the syncing in the Default Settings.
But it still says that my powerpoint is not in the cue because it is not in the cloud.

PowerPoint presentations are synced to the cloud so they can be converted to still images for display on machines without PowerPoint installed and Macs.  If you are on a Windows machine with PowerPoint installed, you can click the "Display with PowerPoint" button in the top right and bypass the need to first upload the presentation to the cloud.

I did just what you suggested, but nothing happened.
I do have Powerpoint installed, as that is what I was using until I installed and tried using your software.
Is there a way around this problem?
The powerpoint I wanted to use is one that has timings in it that shows the slides without any intervention on my part.
But I couldn't get it to work in Worship Extreme.
There ought to be a way to do that in your software without having to convert it to images.
What if I have animated gifs in the powerpoint - will they still be animated on the projector screen or will they just be a still image?

Also we have things moving in the powerpoint I am having problems with.
Will the conversion still have them moving?
There has to be a better way to do this than having to convert the slides in the cloud.

Hi Bob-

If your presentation has animations and transitions, you'll want to display with Microsoft PowerPoint.  You can do so by clicking "Launch with PowerPoint" in the top right of the cue.  If you are not seeing the presentation launch, send our support team an email and we can help diagnose the issue.  [email protected]
