Difficulty downloading Music stand to my microsoft surface.

I have been trying to download Music Stand onto my Microsoft surface using google play. However, Google play doesn't seem to recognize my surface to download to. Only my phone shows up. Don't want to download to my phone. Am I missing something? Any assistance is appreciated.

Check with Google Play support, this sounds like an issue with the store.
