Unable to use Google Auth for iOS Stage Display App

May 14, 2020
We have a mix of Android and iOS devices that are used by our performers/musicians. The ones using Android can use Google Authentication to sign into the Stage DIsplay app, but iOS users try to, get switched over to account.google.com in an inline browser, select their user, and then it eventually refreshes to a Google home page, but never sends them back to the Stage Display app. If they hit the Done link it sends them back to the Stage Display login prompt, but never forwards them to the app.

Our Android users initially had this issue, but once we removed their account and then re-added them to our Org, then it seemed to clear things up. No such workaround yet for iOS users. HELP!

Thanks for reporting this. We'll have a fix out for this soon.

In the meantime, creating a Worship Extreme email/password login could be a work around.

I had considered that, but most of these individuals only have a single email address, and it seems odd to ask them to create a new email address for the sole purpose of allowing them to connect to the app if there is a fix that will be out soon. I appreciate the heads up, how soon do you suspect this fix will be rolled out?
