Hello. The media I have loaded onto one computer regularly does not sync to another computer. I have attached a picture of what it looks like. I try to manually sync it but keep getting a "download failed" error.

Make sure both computers have been upgraded to Worship Extreme 2020. If one computer is still using Worship Extreme 2019, some sync issues may occur. You can download Worship Extreme 2020 at www.worshipextreme.com/features/2020.
