I have pro plus... my desire is to use my iPad and present via apple tv, not sure if this is possible. I'm unable to determine if my que list are on the cloud. The remote works and controls the presentation on my iMac however, how do I obtain a full screen presentation?

You'll need to use your Apple TV as an extended desktop. Then it will appear full screen with your iMac screen showing the control window. Here is an article on how to set something like that up. My iMac is at my home however, being new to this software... my desire is to be able to access WE remotely at my church via iPad or iPhone, then project to the apple tv at that location. Is this possible?

The Remote app can be used to control a presentation, but not create or modify one. You'll want to do that on the computer. If you needed to control that computer remotely, you could use a remote desktop software to do that.
