What size video can be uploaded?

There isn't a size limit, it just cannot exceed your media library quota.

What is the quota? I have not seen any limits when looking over.

You can find quotas on our pricing page, [url=https://www.worshipextreme.com/pricing]https://www.worshipextreme.com/pricing[/url].  You can see the current space used under the "Media" tab at the top of the app, then choose "View Usage".

Are songs in that or is that just photo's and videos and PowerPoint. What all is counted in that Media? I deleted some of the backgrounds that come out there that we would not use and it did not change anything.  

Just media: video, images, audio and PowerPoints.  After you delete some media, re-sync with the cloud.  Click the gear in the upper right, then "Sync Library".

So no limit to the songs from CCLI ? I have it all set for are next Praise service on the 25th it looks like its better then meany of the other software and I've used most of them one time or another. So large videos can just be used from the computer and don't need to go to the web from what I learned trying it out. You do have a good webinar out there for it and found all I needed other then the Media limit and if I'd looked at the price page I would have got that thanks and GOD Bless Eric. 

That's correct, no song library limit.  You don't have to upload media to the cloud to use them in a presentation locally.
