Using FREE but unable to open user created content, other than raw cue list, on a 2nd computer

I am a new user, using ver 2020.1.15. I have created content and built a couple of different cues. The content used in those cues is far beyond what is allowable for the FREE account that I am currently using. I want to be able to edit my cues on another computer, outside of the main computer I started with, but am unable to do so. I have placed my data in the same location on the 2nd system, uploaded/merged data into the WE software on the 2nd computer, without resolve. Any suggestions of a potential work around? I assume it won't work because of me working offline due to my media size that far exceeds the 500mb limitation.

Are both computers running version 2020?

They weren't - sorry. But I have since made both system the same, turned back on sync, and can within size limits, not upload/download media, but the cues still do not see the media. So, cues are still there on both systems, but will not properly tag with current cues.

Thanks for the reply. Are you saying cue lists are syncing, but not media? If so, verify that the media has made it up to the cloud. You'll see a blue bar behind the media name once it has successfully been uploaded to the cloud.
