Media Won't Load

I am having a problem getting all my media to load, it says "Some media files failed to upload. Check your cloud storage" my cloud is only 6% full. Any solution?

You can restart any media upload by clicking the "restart" arrow button when you hover over a media thumbnail.  An upload could have been interrupted for many reasons, the most common is when the internet connection is lost during the upload.  If you are still unable to upload media after restarting them, send us a message at [email protected] and I'll be happy to help trouble shoot the issue.  Thanks!
