After I downloaded a PowerPoint file into the media file it shows its there. BUT when I add the PowerPoint to my queue it shows it's the queue but it won't play. It says the presentation has failed. I reloaded it all over again but it still does the same thing.

That means the presentation has failed to convert to static images (used for the thumbnails). Send a copy of your presentation to
[email protected] and we'll take a look at the cause.
