No internet access at church

I do't have internet access at my church. How or can I still use Worship extreme offline without using the cloud. How do I stop system from uploading to cloud every time I add a new song to library? Trying to use the free version now to see if we can use it. really like what I've seen so far but can't find a way to not use the cloud.

Click the gear in the top right, then under Settings > Defaults, uncheck "Upload Media". That will prevent media from being automatically uploaded to the cloud.You can also turn off Auto Syncing of your song lyrics, slides and cue lists under "Library and Database". Doing this will stop everything from syncing with the cloud.

If i upgrade to next level to get the offline mode can I cancel if not usable for our location in offline mode?
