Multiple font options on individual slides

For churches that use Liturgy and have a minister/leader say some words and then the congregation responds, it would be useful to be able to set up individual slides where the Leader's words are in one font (e.g. normal & italicised) and the congregation response is in a standard/non-italicised but bold font, for example.

Lack of this feature means that I cannot move over to using Worship Extreme, which is a real shame.

We are a liturgical church and use WE by utilizing Google Slides for the portions of the service that need the different fonts.

We almost have native support for this complete. It is available currently in the Early Adopter release, version 4.42.

Thank you Amanda for your pointer to Google Slides as an interim measure pending the update. I am totally new to Worship Extreme and value this kind of help.

I am not seeing how to use different fonts on the same slide? I am running 4.43, so I assumed that this would be working?

This is available for song lyrics, not slides. Verify you are editing a song. Select the phrase you would like to change formatting for and adjust the formatting from the toolbar at the top.

I think there was some misunderstanding then. I understood the request to be for regular slides, like for responsive readings.

Mark, I agree...it looks to be a slide thing and not a song lyric thing right now (I'm on 2020.1.29). I know I can temporarily change the font of a song lyric slide (say to italics with a Ctrl+I), but I can't save it.
