Trouble Updating

November 20, 2019
We currently have four computers that have Worship Extreme downloaded. We receive the early adopter release and have it downloaded on two of the computers. However, we can't download on the other two. When we open WE, it doesn't ask for it to be updated. But, I receive e-mails saying that it needs updated on these two computers. I also have trouble putting stuff on the cloud from one computer and it's not showing up on the cloud for the computers. It is very frustrating, because I don't know if this is a WE problem or a computer problem. We have two DELL computers in our main building and a HP laptop and Microsoft Surface 4 in our youth building. The two DELL computers are the ones who aren't updating. Please help.

Hi Garrett-

I suggest having all computers for your account on the same version. You can download Worship Extreme 2019 using the download button at the top of the site. If you want to use the "early adopter" 2020 version, you can download that from www.worshipextreme.com/features/2020.

You can always download and install, it will overwrite whatever version you currently have on the computer.

Got the same problem with computers not sharing and I believe all computers are on the same version. We had change to the early adopter and change the computers but would not share. We are also using Dell

Hi Douglas- Please double check you have the same version installed on every computer. You can check by clicking the gear in the upper right, then About Worship Extreme.

Hi Adam, I'm kind of confused -- I used the download button to install WE on my new computer a few days ago, and it installed version 2020.1.9. But here it sounds like you're saying 2020 is still an early adopter's release? So what happened there?

I'm having the same problem with updating as Garrett commented at the start. I have early adopter updates selected but when I open worship extreme (on mac) it's not suggesting that there are any updates even though I'm still on the 2019 patch. I've manually downloaded the 2020 update from the website but it's not overwriting my existing version?

After you download Worship Extreme for Mac, you’ll see the window to drag Worship Extreme to your Applications folder. If it’s already installed, you’ll have an option to overwrite or keep both.
