CMG Media Download

For some reason I can't download directly into Worship Extreme account from CMG. It stalls on "Gathering Media Information..." My Library cloud storage isn't maxed yet either. Nay thoughts? Thanks.

Thanks for the post!  No issue reported on our end.  What browser are you using?  What piece of media are you attempting to import?

I'm using Safari. I've tried importing just some still images. I'll try on a PC tomorrow. I've done it before with no issue, so know it works.

I'm seeing the issue in Safari.  I'll have this fixed soon.  In the meantime, use another browser if possible.  Will update the ticket soon, thanks!
