Is it Possible to use the third screen even if it is not physically connected just to have a second scene of lower thirds in obs? Right now I have created the third screen but obs don't see it.

Not yet, that option will be available in our 2021 release in January. For now, you'll need a physical monitor connected, or a dummy connector to trick your OS into thinking there's another monitor.

This has been added in Presenter 2021. When creating a new screen, there is a "Windowed" open for the display.

Window Page for 3rd screen right now is not easy to handle. It is always in front of the main program screen and it is not always recognized by obs. Hope in update.
