Videos skipping

Hello. 2 weeks in a row, our videos are skipping. I created sermon bumper videos and they work perfect in an external video player. But once I put it into WE, it begins to skip. What's wrong?

Any help with this?

What is the bit rate? How large is the file? Video skipping usually occurs when the computer can't keep up with the bitrate of the video. I suggest lowering the bitrate/file size.

File size is 52MB. What is the recommended bitrate for WE?

That's pretty high, I would recommend dropping the frame rate to 30 or less. 60 isn't needed unless you plan to play the video in slow motion.
