Issues with sign in

I created a music extreme account on my windows laptop, downloaded music stand on my ipad pro and when I sign into music stand with the user id and password I created on music extreme, I get an error that the user id is not found? Help?

With Worship Extreme, you can sign in with an email/password, Google or Facebook. With Music Stand, only email/password can be used. If you used Facebook or Google with the desktop Worship Extreme app, email our support team at [email protected] and we connect the accounts.

Thank you for the quick response - I created a userid, which was my email and pw on Music Extreme on my windows laptop, then downloaded music stand on my ipad. I used the same email user id and pw I created on Music Extreme to try to sign onto Music Stand. Do I need another userid/email and pw for music stand or does it use the Music Extreme account userid/email and pw?

You can use the same email/password for both apps.
