I was wondering why the PowerPoint transitions are not available in Presenter. Also, I received an error message when I clicked on LAUNCH FROM POWERPOINT. Thank you

PowerPoints are converted to sill images when imported, to keep animations and transitions, use the "Launch with PowerPoint" button. You must have PowerPoint installed to use that button.

To keep transitions from PowerPoint slideshow: export the slideshow as a video (mp4) and play the video in Presenter. I use this for memorial/funeral services where families want photo albums shown.
