I use this on my Macbook and our church computer that is an HP. When I create a cue on my macbook and sync it, it does not come over to the HP. On the macbook it shows that I am using some of the cloud space but the HP shows no cloud space being used. There is also not a sync button on the HP. I do not know what to do because I need the slides to sync to our church computer. Thanks

One computer is most likely running Worship Extreme 2019 while the other is running Worship Extreme 2020. Upgrade both to 2020 to solve this issue.
