Scripture Not Working

I am trying to practice Worship Extreme to practice streaming online. Everything is working well except the scripture option on Worship Extreme. I am able to select my scripture and see it added to my cue list, but when I launch the slide, the only thing that will show up is the background. I tried to take away the background all together but it is not working. It also will not allow me to edit template.

Click "Songs" at the top, then "Templates" and create a new template. Then assign that template to the scripture cue(s).
