Display selection

October 14, 2016
I want to select which display to project to. Currently, if I use wireless projectors connected to a laptop (Display 1) with a VGA monitor with Extended desktop (display2) the projectors mirror the laptop, the presentation is on display 2 only. Please create a feature so I can select the display for projecting the presentation.

HI Cerise-

To select your display screen, verify it's connect and setup correctly.  Then choose the display drop down in the upper right of the screen and select your display.  From that dropdown you can also set the Stage Display screen if you have a 3rd display and Worship Extreme Pro Plus.

Hello, I am having this same issue, I have a Mac. I have a my laptop screen and a display screen, but for some reason the projector will only show my computer screen, even if I switch the display screen to my Macbook. I have the Pro version. Any suggestions?

Hi Stephanie- Make sure you have extended desktop setup, not mirror. https://www.worshipextreme.com/docs/82-extended-desktop-mac

I have done that and the projector automatically projects my main screen and not my display. Even when I switch the display screen to my macbook. It must just be a problem with how the projector reads things. Thank you for your help!

Do you all have any Projector recommendations for Mac. One that reads the macbook as a display and the projector as display 2?

Hi Stephanie- Any projector should work. What do you see on your laptop screen when your main display is showing on the projector?

It’s a the exact same image as my projector screen. When the projector is plugged in worship extreme doesn’t see it a separate display. That’s why I was guessing it my just be to old to recognize.

You need to use the projector as an "Extended Desktop". Here is a link to set that up on MacOS. https://www.worshipextreme.com/docs/82-extended-desktop-mac. Once "Mirror Displays" is unchecked, Worship Extreme will see the second display.
