Media type is not supported

Dear Sirs

We are not able to import videos to the program Worship Extreme. The following message appears "...could not be added. Media type is not supported". Even though the same files used to be imported without any problems.

We hope, you will help to fix our problem.

Thanks for the post!  This is most likely because the file path has foreign characters in it (non-English).  This is a known bug with the framework Worship Extreme is built on.  We hope to have a fix soon, but in the mean time, you can copy the file to file path that is English and you should be good to import.
