Remote Access

I have the pro plus and I'm trying to connect my iPad remotely. I already have an android cellphone connected. With the cellphone I don't have any problems, but with my iPad I receive a message of "no active session found". I'm running iOS 10.2.1 on iPad 4. what  can I do?

Are you logged in as the same user on your iPad that you are logged in with on the computer running Worship Extreme?  Also, verify Worship Extreme is open and logged in before you login on the iPad.
