How to see powerpoints on stage moniter

April 6, 2021
We are having difficulty getting the stage moniter to display the powerpoint sermon. If we set both the main and the stage display to display 1 and windows is set as extend desktop to display then we can see it. But one this setting, we can't see the stage display as it is programmed to be with for the lyrics and the advanced slides. I've messed with other options both on the computer and within the program. So far I haven't hit on the correct combination. . There also have been times when we'd like to only show lyrics on the stage display. Could someone help me out with this?

Only one screen per display. If you'd like to use the stage display, you'll need at least 3 displays connected to your computer.

1: Primary display
2: Main Audience Output
3: Stage Display

These show as Window, Display 1 and Display 2.

Select Display 1 for your Main Audience Output, then Display 2 for the Stage Display (or vice verse)

'after launching'? do you mean that you are using PowerPoint to display the slides or WE Presenter?

PowerPoint:
If you are launching PowerPoint to view the presentation, then sadly PowerPoint doesn't support more than two monitors (presenter view and presentation) and so likely won't work.
Though within a presentation you can choose Display Setting at the top of the presenter View screen, and then Duplicate Slide Show, which will show the presentation on all attached monitors this might not be what you desire either though.

Worship Extreme:
It should work properly when using WE - I'm testing this on my 3 monitor setup at home and it works properly without changing options, other than setting stage monitor as display 2 and configuring the correct style for the stage display.
