We use a paid version of WE for our main services but I had a separate free account that I used for a recovery group that meets at our church. Yesterday they called me because they couldn't bring up WE. I logged into their account and under the "Accounts" section of the profile there was no longer an account there. I went in an setup a brand new one for them to get going last night but is it possible to get the data back from the one that went missing?
