Presenter does not seem to display small caps correctly. Rather than displaying as small caps, it puts a space after the first (capitalized) letter of the word, then displays the rest of the word in lower case. An example of this is in the NASB95, Matthew 27:46. I've tried altering the typeface and font size, but it doesn't seem to matter. Other versions that use all caps or normal upper/lower case don't have this problem. I've imported an XML version that uses all caps to get around this, but it should be fixed.
