Cannot connect to Google slides

We are unable to connect to the Google drive in formatting a cue. We have been asked to log into Google but that is all that happens.
We cannot go back to former cues either.

Please email us at with a screen recording or screenshots of the issue. I wasn't able to replicate the issue, so we'll need a visual demonstration. Also, please include details about what version of Presenter you're running, and whether your computer is a Windows or Mac. Thank you.
