Problem displaying the CCLI number and copyright information

I have a problem displaying the CCLI number and copyright information.
If I use a blank background, it displays as I would expect. But If I use the border option to fill the display with a solid colour, the information is not shown.
I need the solid colour so our BlackMagic device can use the green screen to overlay the song lyrics on whichever video camera feed I have selected.

Two suggestions: find and download (or create) a solid color image and upload that image into your Presenter media library. Then apply it as the Background for your song cues, instead of using the border option. Secondly, you can change the color of your footer text under Settings > Footer.
