Audio not in sync with video

I'm having an issue with WE since the latest update. When playing a video the audio is not synced to the video. The audio is a second or two ahead of the video. If I move the location button on the progress bar and jog the video backward or forward the video and audio sync and the video plays as it should. Same on laptop and desktop. Any ideas?

Is this with all videos? Or just a certain one or format?

This is not all videos. Short videos are playing OK but I'm having problems with longer videos around 300 - 400mb MP4 (h.264 codec). The original and the synced file in the Worship Extreme Library play correctly in VLC Media Player but the problem exists when WE tries to play the files.

Is the video high bitrate? Some computers can't keep up if the bit rate is really high, causing the video to stutter or lag. Try a lower bitrate video and see if the issue is resolved.

I converted the file to .mov format and had WE do the conversion to MP4. It dropped the bit rate from 2400 down to 1770 and now plays correctly. Thank you for the suggestion.
