Download media from cloud to new computer

I just put a new, more powerful computer in place at our church to run Worship Extreme. How do I download all the media from the cloud to be available on the new computer? A few things are there but not most of the content.

All media will transfer at first log in. If some things are missing, verify they have uploaded to the cloud from the orignal computer. They will have a blue title bar under each piece of media.
