Reducing page to fit two pages on one monitor

I am trying to reduce the size of the page with my pointer in order to put both WE and OBS on the same 24"monitor but I can only shorten from the top a little bit not the sides or the bottom, how do I do this to take up only half the screen? thanks, Dayspring

Are you able to increase your screen resolution?

No. My mouse on any computer will not increase or decrease the size.
